Refund

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We offer a full refund on all products returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at service@furiousmotor.com to request a return authorization number. Once you have received an number, please package the item securely and send it to the address we provided. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
